DAVID LEITE is the publisher of the website Leite's Culinaria. He has received three James Beard Awards for his writing as well as for Leite’s Culinaria. His work has appeared in The New York Times, Martha Stewart Living, Saveur, Bon Appétit, Gourmet, Food & Wine, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Sun-Times, The Washington Post, and Men's Health among others. He's the author of the award-winning cookbook The New Portuguese Table and the upcoming memoir Notes on a Banana: A Memoir of Food, Love, and Manic Depression.
